| Armor braid load cell cable |
| Prevent rodents from eating trough load cell cable with this stainless steel armor braid. 4 Conductor 22 gage (AWG) and 6 Conductor 20 gage (AWG) stranded tinned copper. Each conductor is insulated with PVC and has a secondary nylon jacket. Next a mylar sheath with a min of 35% overlap coverage. Shielding is tinned copper braided shield with 90% min coverage. Jacket is grey polyurethane. Armor braid is stainless steel for redent and abraision protection. 22 gage (AWG) resistace is 14.7 ohms per 1,000 ft. 20 gage (AWG) resistance is 10.3 ohms per 1,000 st. 4 Cond: Black, white, red, green and shield. 6 Cond: Black, white, red, green, yellow, blue and shield. |

| Compact summing junction box |
| Compct junction box with Signal trim for 4 load cells. Signal trim has one multiturn potentiometer per load cell that shunts the output and two series output isolation resistors that limit zero interaction. Optional Excitation trim is available. Excitation trim had one potentiometer per load cell in the excitation circuit for adjusting the load cell input voltage. Terminal blocks are lever type that simplify wire connection. Strip the wire, push the lever, insert the wire and release the lever. Accepts wire size 26 to 14 AWG. Five nylon strain reliefs are included for load cells & instrument cables. Two screws that hold the cover have drilled heads for lead and wire sealing. Stainless steel NEMA 4 box and gasketed lid for corrosion resistance. The small size of this box makes it a good replacement for low profile warehouse scales. In many cases the box will fit under the platform. 7" x 4.625" x 1.75"h, 2 lb. |

Each conductor is insulated with teflon which has the highest dielectric constant available. Shielding is tinned copper braid. Outer jacket is polyurethane for superior abrasion resistance. consequently, the initial installation which requires stripping the jacket to expose the conductors is made more difficult with the tough polyurethane. | T-Belting is used on the sides of the scale platform away from the flow of traffic. The ends of the scale platform should use the T-Grip described above. "T" belting is 4-1/2" wide and 1/4" thick at top. The vertical is 1-1/2" high and 1/4" thick. |

| T-Grip belting will stop unwanted product from getting into a truck scale pit with its unique design. The "T" section will slip into the gap between the scale paltform and the pit wall. The gap must be 1/2" or larger to avoid any scale binding. The exclusive grips on the vertical sectio of the "T" hold on to the pit wall and platform to help prevent the belting from being pulled out with the normal flow of traffic. The T-Grip beling is installed around the perimeter of the scale platform. To allow ventilation, a gap of 8" to 12" can be left on the sides where there is little chance of product spillage. "T" belting is 5-3/4" wide and 1/4" thick at top. The vertical is 2-1/4" high and 7/16" thick. |

One multiturn potentiometer per load cel shunts the output and two series output isolation resistors limit zero interaction. Terminal blocks are lever type that simplify wire connection. Strip the wire, push the lever, insert the wire and release the lever. Accepts wire size 26 14 AWG. One terminal block for each load cell and one terminal block for the indicator. Expansion terminal block is on models 1250, 1251 and 1260 for expansion to another summing box. Span adjustment is 3% for 350 ohm load cells; 5% for 700 ohm load cells. Corrosion proof nylon strain reliefs are provided for cable 0.197"-0.354" dia. Enclosure size is 6-1/2"x 8-3/8" x 1/3/4"H. circuit card size is 4-7/8"x 6-3/4"x 5/8"H. SECTION ADJUSTMENT: 1251, 1260, 1280, 12100 circuit cards have section adjust pots for ease in scale calibration. First the two cells in each section are matched, then the sections are matched with the additional section pots. both cells in a section should have load cells. If one load cell is not wired to a section, resistors should be connected that have an equivalent resistance. |

| Splicing kit- Scotchcast |
| Inline splicing kit for shielded or non-shielded cable 1/4" to 5/8" dia. the translucent body is made of strong plastic in molded body halves. Mold body length is 7-3/16". Tongue and groove design provides a firm, solid joint. Simply snap together around the splice and seal the ends. Mix the 2104 Electrical Insulating and Sealing Compound in its Unipak container and pour it into the mold. 2104 Compound is a two part, low viscosity polyurethane for permanent splice protection. This compound flows well- even at low temperatures. It fills mold bodies completely and eliminates voids. Cur time is about 1 hour at 72 deg F and 20 hours at 20 deg F. The Unipak container allows fast mixing of premeasured portions that pur cleanly from the container. No tools or containers are needed. A loosely woven polyester spacer web, bonded to the inside of the mold body, allows even distribution of the compound around the splice. Included in the kit are compound, rubber tape end-sealing strips, and instructions. Excellent moisture seal protects against water entry. |
